From Oakboro, NC, Jeff Branch has been impersonating County Clerk Howard Sprague for 3 years. When Jeff walks in with his suit, bowtie, and hat, you automatically think Howard is with you.

Jeff works as a deputy with the Montgomery Co. Sheriff's Deptartment. As DARE officer for the county, Jeff has educated over 8,500 children about the dangers of drugs and violence.
In his spare time, Jeff manages the Oakboro Music Hall and has worked with legends in bluegrass music such as: Ralph Stanley, IIIrd Tyme Out, Lonesome River Band, Rhonda Vincent, and many more.
